Want to Stay in the Eiffel Tower?

We love cool abodes at WanderLuxe, and nothing beats cooler than living IN the Eiffel Tower! Say, what? Yep, for the first time in history, four lucky winners will be able to win a stay within the iconic Parisian landmark, which will be furnished in a Hausmannian-style for the ultimate French experience.

Taking on an idea first presented by the Sydney Opera House for their Summer at the House series, rental company HomeAway will be transforming part of the first level of the Eiffel Tower into real life living quarters in conjunction with the UEFA Euro 2016 soccer tournament, taking place in Paris in June and July.

The contest is part of the company’s global campaign to show the benefits of home rental vacations (which we agree with wholeheartedly – why not check out TheLuxeNomad.com’s villas and exclusive apartments), with French interior designer Benoit Leleu to create a temporary, family-friendly living quarters, complete with bedrooms and an inviting lounging area with panoramic views of the river Seine, Arc de Triomphe and the Sacre Coeur. The final design elements will even be shaped through a crowdsourcing campaign!

Check out your digs below, or see how amazing your view will be through the eyes of an eagle (guaranteed feels)!

You’d better hurry if you want to take part though – the contest runs May 19-31, 2016 in the US, May 20-June 5 in Asia and May 19-June 5, 2016, in Europe. The overnight stays in HomeAway’s Eiffel Tower Apartment will take place June 23, June 28, July 4, and July 8 2016.

When she's not chasing after her toddler son, travelling the world, riding horses, killing herself with F45, or eating everything in sight, Alia is a grammar nazi extraordinaire. She also has an unhealthy obsession with Tom Hiddleston, Game of Thrones, Outlander and French cooking. Did we mention chocolate too?
