Who it’s for

Villa Suami is located in Canggu, which many call the new Seminyak. It’s a short drive from the beach, 20 minutes from the shops and restaurants of Seminyak, and a 55-minute drive from the airport.

The best bits
Every corner of this villa is beautiful, but we particularly love the little touches: the artwork, the curios and knickknacks, the custom furniture. This isn’t a cookie-cutter villa stay; this feels like staying in your most stylish friend’s Bali retreat. And obviously, the villa abounds with Instagram opportunities.
Food & drink
Make the most of the excellent in-villa chef (did we mention kids eat free?), or take a drive to the nearby Jalan Pantai Berawa for Canggu’s famous cafes (Taco Loco, Milk & Madu, One Eyed Jack).
Things to do nearby
To be honest, we’d be happy just staying in the villa all day. Private yoga, meditation and personal training sessions can be arranged – and a spa session to follow. But if you want to venture out, head over to the black sands at Batu Bolong beach, then head over to Finns Beach Club.
