Jimbaran Beach is 50m from the door, and the best seafood restaurants in the area are just as close. Kedonganan Fish Market (900m from the villa) lands its catch through the morning; buy by weight, then bring it to one of the seafood eateries along the sand to be grilled for a small fee per kilo, served with rice and sambal. Go early to grab the freshest pick of the day.

Planning to eat out? The wider Jimbaran seafood strip, Menega Café (3.1km) among them, sets up on the sand at sunset. Seek out Cuca (1.7km), which does excellent tasting menus within a garden setting. Samasta Lifestyle Village (1.6km) gathers both open-air restaurants and shops in one place. If you’re looking for something dressier, Sundara at the Four Seasons (3.4km) and Rock Bar at Ayana (7.1km) are the sundowner addresses not to be missed. Further out, the SAKA Museum (6.2km) sets Balinese culture against a selection of contemporary work, and the Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park is a short drive on.

The 516sqm villa is arranged around its 10m pool, which has a shallow end that the little ones will love. Two of the bedrooms open straight onto the water, so the first swim of the day is merely a few steps from the bed.
