Meet our first batch of #NomadsOnTheGo: @ronnybrouwers, @thailand, @khun_roman, and The Luxe Nomad’s very own PR Executive, Gain. Keep scrolling to get a glimpse of the first villa they stayed in, and how they spent their days in paradise!

VILLA 1: THE VIEW SAMUI

To kick off the Samui vacation, our nomads headed to The View Samui for a warm welcome to the island. The first two days were spent soaking up the sun in this 2-6 bedroom property, and getting acquainted with unparalleled views of the ocean.

FIRST IMPRESSION: Too good to be true!

Photos don’t do this villa justice. When you walk in, you’re greeted by the wide, manicured lawn and the main building, only for your attention to be captured by the breathtaking, panoramic view of the sea. It’s stunning. Everything about the villa, from its sleek, modern facade, its overall atmosphere and not to mention the private beachfront, is simply natural and peaceful.

VILLA’S BEST FEATURE: Modern, minimalist design

Floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors, chic interiors, a wide lawn: everything in The View Samui looks and feels spacious. The vibe is just right for unwinding. Sprawl out by the pool, get some sun on the lawn, play with the villa’s life-sized jenga set, or just sit out on the hammock.

FIRST ORDER OF BUSINESS: Breakfast with a view

You can expect a scrumptious breakfast care of The View Samui’s in-house chef. This spread pairs perfectly with the turquoise view, as well as the sound of waves hitting the shore. Now, that’s a good morning!

MUST-TRY AT THE VILLA: Sunset dinners

One of the standout amenities of the villa is its gorgeous infinity pool. Overlooking the sea, it gives guests a great vantage point while swimming, but it also has a reflective surface when the water is still enough. Combine that with the warm colors of sunset and you have yourself an amazing view, #nofilter needed.

A tip from our #NomadsOnTheGo: cap off a beautiful sunset with a fresh seafood grill care of the villa’s private chef. It doesn’t get any better than this! You can even ask the staff to set up a dinner spread out in the lawn. Enjoy the colors of sunset and the flavors of the sea all at once.

LOCAL ATTRACTION: Samui Elephant Haven

If you want to venture outside the villa, stop by Samui Elephant Sanctuary. The beautiful, and more importantly, ethical elephant haven is less than an hour away from The View Samui. It’s a safe space for elephants who have been rescued from exploitation practices. Guests can expect a meaningful encounter with these gentle giants while supporting ethical tourism.  Learn more here.

After a few days of kicking back and relaxing, our nomads are ready for a little island adventure. Where are they off to? Stay tuned for next week’s #NomadsOnTheGo feature, with more insider info about their luxe Samui holiday!
