Famous Sydney softserve Aqua S opened its first shop in Singapore last month, and you’re already behind on your Instagrammable desserts run. Aqua S specialises in sea salt ice cream in its signature blue colour, plus a few other flavours that change every now and then.

#4 Stay out late at Gardens by the Bay

Universal Studios Singapore’s 8th edition of its scare fest returns with new ways to scare you. Highlights include a Stranger Things-themed haunted house – steel yourselves as you make your way through the Upside Down and brave the Demogorgon. #6 Enjoy Balinese flavours over drinks  

What: Swig & Nibble with Cuca

Where: Pan Pacific Singapore, 7 Raffles Boulevard, Marina Square

When: 19 – 20 October 2018, 7-10pm

Balinese fine cuisine comes to Singapore! Chef Kevin Cherkas of acclaimed Jimbaran restaurant Cuca will present a gastronomic tour, where guests will mingle over a carefully designed spread of 20 innovative canapés.
