These private villas in Bali and Koh Samui come with your own pools, personal chefs, and a surround-sound setup that puts you in an imaginary stadium.
And just like that, the 2026 FIFA World Cup is back again. Running from 11 June to 19 July, the world’s biggest sporting event will showcase 48 teams playing 104 matches. Apart from which team to support, the second biggest question is: where will you watch the game?
Played across North America — the United States, Mexico and Canada, to be precise — football fans in Asia will have to stay up late or set a very early alarm to catch the action. Which is why we think that an all-out watch party in your very own private villa is the best way to soak up every moment of the World Cup.
Here are six villas in Bali and Koh Samui that are perfect spots for an epic World Cup 2026 watch party.

BALI
Villa Mary

Where: Canggu
Villa Mary spans 3,270sqm of prime beachfront in Pererenan (Bali’s coolest district, in our opinion), with five ensuite bedrooms sleeping up to 10 guests and a 15m lap pool facing the Indian Ocean. The amenities read less like a villa and more like a boutique resort: heated jacuzzi, a home cinema with an HD projection system for 20 people, a kids’ pool, and a shared tennis court with night lighting.

For groups who want to turn the tournament into a proper event, Villa Mary can host up to 100 guests — which is one perfect way to celebrate the finals.
Cloud Nine Ungasan

Where: Uluwatu
Newly launched and already one of the most talked-about addresses on the Bukit Peninsula, Cloud Nine Ungasan sits across 1,600sqm of lush hillside with five bedrooms for up to 10 guests. The rooftop terrace comes fitted with an outdoor projector, a hot tub, a billiards table, a private bar, and a wood-fired pizza oven — everything a watch party needs, with clifftop views to match.
Wellness sessions between matches are equally well catered for, with a sauna, cold plunge, massage room, air-conditioned gym, and yoga deck on the roster. A private chef, full butler service, and daily breakfast are included, so we won’t blame you if you don’t want to leave.

Mandala Oasis

Where: Canggu
A five-bedroom design statement in the heart of Canggu, Mandala Oasis was built by the award-winning Design Assembly studio and Studio Nimmersatt. The 38m infinity pool with a swim-up bar is the centrepiece, but the rooftop cinema — an open lawn with an outdoor projector — is where the World Cup streaming belongs.

There’s also a sunken lounge for more intimate screenings, a fully equipped gym, Pilates room, ice bath, and Finnish sauna. If you’re feeling the hosting energy, a private chef is available on request to help you celebrate wins.
Watch times from Bali (UTC+8): Group stage: 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM | Final (19 July): 4:00 AM

THAILAND
Ban Suriya

Where: Lipa Noi
This is really like your own private resort on Lipa Noi beach: Six pavilions close to the shore, six ensuite bedrooms for up to 12 guests, and a 20m west-facing infinity pool that was made for sundowners before the late kick-offs. Ban Suriya also has a sunken library with underwater pool views — a feature unique enough to be its own destination.

The entertainment setup covers all the bases: outdoor cinema, games room, private gym, spa room, beachside treehouse, and Smart TVs loaded with streaming subscriptions. The beachfront lawn is the perfect stage for a late-afternoon kickabout before the night’s matches — get the legs moving while the sun goes down, then settle in for the real thing.
Baan Hinta

Where: Lamai – Hua Thanon
Baan Hinta is a five-bedroom beachfront villa framed by granite boulders that cascade into the sea. The direct beach access, striking infinity pool, and an outdoor projector make it a natural fit for a World Cup stay — as does the in-villa chef and a dining table that seats 20.
Each ensuite bedroom has a king-sized bed and a private balcony or terrace, and the property includes a kids’ bedroom with a glass wall looking under the sea. For larger groups, Baan Hinta can be combined with neighbouring Baan Hinyai for a 10-bedroom, 20-guest setup.

The View Samui

Where: Taling Ngam
It’s all in the name: The View Samui sits on the clifftops of Taling Ngam’s western coastline, with floor-to-ceiling glass doors framing a 180-degree ocean panorama from every room. With four ensuite bedrooms, two master suites, and a bungalow with a children’s room, a group of 18 can sleep in comfort.

An indoor projector screen paired with a sound system, a 16.5m saltwater infinity pool, and a private chef round out a villa that’s as well equipped for the final whistle as it is for the morning after. The View Samui can host up to 50 guests for events.
Watch times from Thailand (UTC+7): Group stage: 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM | Final (19 July): 3:00 AM
