This is a Niseko reservation you don’t want to miss out on. For three nights only, the beautiful Somoza Gallery will be hosting a one-time only pop-up dining event by To Dining. They’ll be flying in renowned chef Kenta Kayama of Margotta e Baciare, known for his expertise in innovative French cuisine, and famous sommelier and restaurateur Nao Ohashi.
This is the very first To Dining event that will be open to the public and is a rare opportunity to dine with one of Japan’s top chefs. Chef Kayama has spent time at both a 3-star French French (Quintessence) and 3 star Japanese Kaiseki (Kanda) kitchen in Tokyo (and is also a former Western Japan Snowboard Halfpipe Champion!).
