Surfers and Bali – is there a better match? We had the pleasure of hosting Billabong and their crew for a weekend of surfing and partying on the island, with downtime scheduled at one of our faves, Villa Suami.
“There is always a wave somewhere around the island for any level of surfing and it’s such a fun location with amazing people, food and drinks!” pro surfer Laura Enever told us. “My dad has been coming to Bali to surf for 40 years so it’s a special place for our family. Canggu always has fun waves and Uluwatu is such an iconic and beautiful wave with so much history.” And when she’s not catching the waves? “Single Fin and The Lawn are a must after a day of surfing for good food drinks and fun. Also, the local warungs at Uluwatu and Canggu are always such a great vibe!”
