Ban Sairee is a 3-acre plot with authentic Thai barns on stilts, consisting of 9 bedrooms. It has its own private beachfront, secluded garden and tennis court. Plus, it’s family-friendly.
Who it’s for
The whole family, or big parties of friends who love traditional. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 2 bunk bedrooms in the main house, plus a Sairee Suite, Big Barn and Small Barn, all of which sleeps up to 14 people.

Location
Being situated in a semi-private bay means undisturbed beach days at Ban Sairee. The villa is just 35 minutes from the airport, and 20 minutes from restaurants and shops at the nearby towns of Chaweng, Lamai and Nathon.
The best bits
Have we mentioned the private beach access? Also the well-lit tennis court, and the beautiful blend of authentic Ayutthaya-style architecture and contemporary facilities. There are semi-outdoor bathrooms where you can shower under the stars, and a hammock on the beach for lazy afternoons you prefer to spend asleep with fresh sea breeze washing over you. There’s even a trampoline that is calling your children’s name (warning: adults will be tempted).

There’s loads of space to run around in the well-kept garden just off the beach. The grounds also make it a great space for a wedding, or a landmark birthday party. Imagine: tea in the garden, while a few take a dip in the pool or mingle upstairs in the cool shade of the barns, before everyone assembles at the beach later in the evening to watch the beautiful sunset.
Food & Drink
There’s daily breakfast for all guests at Ban Sairee, and if you wish, a private chef can prepare meals for the rest of the day (at an extra fee). Special diets can also be catered to.
